Grants chance for players to take advantage of their foe while they are under the effects of a detrimental proc (stun, mez, daze, blind, etc) for the duration of the proc

Essentially they gain an extra attack chance

nub sox. double cast dders and bm archers need this buff! otherwise they'll never keep up with piercers and slashers.




srsly though. i don't support it. imagine bms getting extra hits with fleshies while they stunlock you for 5 minutes. even if it gets limited to melee/archery attacks.. it'll increase stun/blindlock time even further since more attacks qq which in stun case might as well be extra bm attacks :{

Make it for pierce using autoattacks only.

Pierce weapons are the only weapons that don't have a skill for status effects.

slashers don't get anything either. bleeding is a dot effect not an effect that incapacitates like stun/mez/daze/blind.
