Low epics discussion

This is not coming from me but literally all newbies keep asking it:

"Which epic will help me get more exp ?"

My usual answer is lvl 100 aliange helmet or lvl 100 Raiden shield.

They usually not happy with this information saying that should be a gear which helps lowbies to develop not for caps that already has tons of exp.


Argument that caps would wear such gear while nom trophies/craft or simply stay in zone for passive is not good enough for them .

On one hand it would be exploitable but on other they right - there should be an option to get "helping gear" at early stage of leveling and obtaining such gear would feel most rewarding.

Currently I cannot come up with anything that couldn't be abused by caps unless there is items with lvl restrictions.

:{ 'if you complete 5 quests in a day (can stop it after a certain zone so it stops being available to caps) you get a passive 3% exp boost until the next daily reset. Every additional 5 quests increases the exp boost 1%.'


Best i got aside from something like exp tokens for quests on nnoor's thread. hopefullly not tradeable :{

I phrased that badly. meant a 'passive bonus' to active exp.


epics were made 9 years ago. only lgs currently have exp bonuses so far. that doesn't mean it should never change. even if they don't get exp bonuses they could prolly get a couple changes.
