buddy list change

idr the proper word for it but basically you can move buddy list up so instead of showing 2 lines 6 buddies it'd show say 3 lines or 4 lines or w/e. in exchange the "local" list above it shrinks 1 row for each row you expand buddy list this way there isn't a space issue.

idk how hard that'd be with making hp/mana/energy bars and the buttons etc go up and down to do this but i hope it's at least something that could be considered <_< tho idk how many besides me would actually benefit from it and will just comment "click the down button if you wanna see them"

Ah, so you mean you want to be able to resize the buddy list by dragging it up.

Would actually be cool if all the elements were resizable.

I don't have a HUGE buddy list, but sure, what da hell.. support.
