Implemented option for how much RP donation to clan

I see how some ppl trying to recruit new members for clan and tell min rp is 500k of rp, or 1 mill rp.
I want to implemeted an option for every toon to select sum for clan donation so that after that sum was reached, the amount selected to be stoped.
Ofc all ppl wich want to donate extra sum can do that.
I write this because sometime some ppl usualy can do more then 1,5 - 2 mill per month but if next month can't achieving that sum (of 500k rp, or 1 mill rp), have a chance to be kicked out of clan.
Also even if a toon make double or triple than the minimum donation, next month may not be able to play and can obliged to respect the minimum required.
