Blood Nukes and Blood DoTs

How about some gems (probably black) that have the effect of costing HP to deal direct damage and/or damage over time?

sounds interesting might be something for the vampires and there life stealing abilty

sounds like a good idea. i thin kit would work for any tankier char ex. guard warr vamp ect. but any range or magic char would have a tougher time making the gems work what with lower HP and defence bonuses that are not so friendly.

as far as i know he posted on forum that he considered and read all suggestions but i dont recall him say what of it might be implemented
