Who else is seeing the skills window or Auction House not loading properly

This is not the first time i've seen this. Started back a couple days ago. On the auction house, it fixes itself when go to the next page or reopen it. On skills window, i clicked in one of the branches and it was still like this for another couple seconds before fixing itself. I am not the only person seeing this, I remember someone else mentioning it in chat, don't remember who. Windows 7 laptop on Firefox 38.0.1

Who else is seeing this and how can i solve this issue?

It is an intended effect of the recent patch which caused time outs when opening AH. This will happen on Chrome mostly iirc.

It flashes this way, but not remain on my chrome (I mean, that immediately after i choose an option it looks same way for a factor of second until backgrounds are loaded.)
