Default Haste and Slow Effects Explained

It's very simple.

Old delay/(1+haste%) = new delay

example

Stalker delay is 50
Pet Haste R5 is 20% (or 0.2)

50/(1+0.2) = new delay
50/(1.2) = 41.667

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Stalking is a 40% slow effect
41.667/(1-0.4) = New delay
41.667/(0.6) = 69.444

Just repeat for multiple effects.

So if we are factoring in Pet Haste R5, Aggression R6, and Stalking 100, we'd have 20%, 12%, and -40%.
Stalker delay is 50.

50/(1+.2)/(1+.12)/(1-.4)= new delay
50/1.2/1.12/0.6= 62.003

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

Sticky please Glitchless?
