Prior to today's patch, if a player wanted to recover an account password they had to wait for an automatic e-mail to be dispatched to them after their account was dormant for two weeks, or e-mail
help@nodiatis.com. Now when a player attempts to log on to an account and fails, provided that account has been inactive for more than 7 days, a PW reset e-mail will be sent to the e-mail the account is currently registered under. This should streamline the account recovery process that often required admin intervention.
