possible bug:

I've noticed that with rune of pain equipped, my poisonbolt dmg from piercers has not increased. is this supposed to remain a flat rate or is this rune also supposed to increase the poisonbolt dmg?

possible exploit:

On server 2 ive been using regrowths on my little regener alt. usually the little regrowth gems grant 2-3 hp per tick on my alt. every once in a while i will use my regener ca and have it work as intended where it ticks for about 11 hp/m/e for 10 seconds inbetween my gems regrowth ticks. the rest of the time it will stack with the gems for larger ticks and will continue to tick the larger amount so long as i keep the regrowth effect active. whenever it does this, the mana/energy restoring portion of the ca will end at the 10 second mark while the hp continues.
