Default 61 drop in N. lake

I didn't realize till after I looted it or I would have screenshotted it on the mob, but I got a 61 drop in N. Lake while being PL'd by a level 85. I was level 57. I've been PL'd all day and have always received drops at the level of the zone irrespective of my level so I would have expected an 89 drop. I do vaguely recall a fix to certain type of pilgrim PL but it doesn't seem like it would apply here because the PLer was not a pilgrim. Could you check on this? Here's my log for that drop:

64Daeronryuujin: Looted: 1 Skeletal Leg Guard Date: 10/16/2014 00:36:30 Prm Days: 40.5673 Std Days: 0 TCs: 0

I actually just found the original pilgrim PL fix:

Low level players fighting creatures with others far above their level will now get drops that are more level appropriate. This will prevent a potential low-level mass farming exploit.

Intended to fix the pilgrim PL exploit but also looks like it nerfed drops for high level PLs. Was this what caused it?

Perhaps your PL ran into a random boss. And you had never fought that zone's boss before?

This just happened to me townwalking my ladies. I ran into a random boss in Snow Hills, and voila! Mother got a Giant Bone Halberd. Apparently I overlooked that zone when rerolling her.

Not asking for reparation, and no it was a regular mob. As a reroller I don't get boss drops anyway. But at about level 70 I got a mountain lion drop in N. Lake so my guess is it's that pilgrim fix that's doing it since it's scaling up with my level. Fair enough, long as I know what's causing it.

Not certain if you really are reading things into what I said or if you're just a really bad troll, but I was not requesting anything, or demanding it. The 2k gold difference in store sell value is hardly worth begging over. Anyway, barring Glitchless himself saying it really was a bug, it seems to be intentional so my original post is rendered moot.

I believe you mean to say, in this instance, having determined through research and confirmation from other players who read this post that it was a legitimate nerf to PLing that caused me to get a 61 drop rather than an 89 I am withdrawing my bug report. I did not ask for or demand any kind of compensation, nor will I in the future for any other bug/exploit report. If, however, I ever do happen to stumble across an exploit which merits a reward of some kind, it would be absolutely moronic to reject said reward out of some misguided self-righteous beliefs.
