Trust Trade Scam

Cannabis started talking to me saying how funny my signature was, because of the "your glitchless?" message. He gave me a good laugh until today, which i actually thought, just let him hold my 8 tcs, this is no different than moving tcs or holding them or loaning them etc. I lost some pics of the trade since my messages were flooding, but i just want verification if this is right or not. I recorded the video of the aftermath, and i just want people to show their viewpoint. Cannabis has his screenshots, and i just want an answer. Sorry if the fullscreen wasn't clear, my camera settings messed up recently. Just try hard and see, or change the quality.

Question: Since Nodiatis is full of trust, I let him hold a tc, having no doubt that he will give it back. My view is that this is similar to like someone moving your things. Is this like gifting or loaning?

Okay, now that that's out of the way..

This game is played with an enormous amount of trust. I've walked 5 tcs back from Fa'ar for a clannie. I hand expensive materials to strangers to make me cloth. I give DTM 18m worth of stuff and hope that he gives back an item (he does).

This is actually the only game I've seen where there ISN'T scamming. Because reputation means a lot, and if a scammer found himself /ignored by a significant number of players, the game would become unplayable. Not banning, or necessarily a "bannable offense", but just something that made people not want to deal with the scammer.

I'd like to hear Cannabis's explanation of why that shouldn't happen to him, if Dawl (stupidly) handed him 8 tcs and he didn't give them back.
