Noob Question on Account Inactivity Deletion

I've tried looking for posts in the forums, but I'm pretty sure I've missed one that answers what I'm trying to look for.

I just tried to log in to my Alts just now, but it claimed that [Player does not exist. Click back and make a new character.] I know it has been weeks since I last logged into any of my accounts, but only my main, a Level 13 Adventurer, was saved - the others all had the message above.
(All of them have been created in 2010 and have a TC each due to the "Compensation" Event during December last year)

So, what I'm asking is - what is the criteria for an account being automatically deleted if its been Inactive for a long time? (for my data probably has been deleted beyond the recovery point anyway)

They get deleted after 60 days (or 90 i don't remember) if you don't purchase a tc with money, or use a tc on them.

as far as I'm aware, the requirements to delete a toon are :

1 (a) Must never have bought a TC with RL cash. So in other words, if that toon has purchased a TC from glitchless (rather than using game gold) then the toon is safe. Forever.

OR

1 (b) Must never have used a TC for anything (paid time, virtues, upgrades, even bonus RRT)

If it fails on both of those, then inactivity. I think 13 weeks, though not sure

So, if the only thing that toon had was the 'free' TC from Glitch, AND that TC has not been used, then it can still be deleted for inactivity.

(Though a small question burns at me; if the conditions have to be TC-related, then my Main, by right, should also have been deleted as well - the only thing out-of-the-ordinary was that he at least traded with someone... I used the free TC on him anyway, so I suppose it doesn't matter now.)

recieving the tc is not enough. you must use it.

i lost an alt that had a TC in its inventory. he also had a 22 epic crush

Did you actually READ what I put for the conditions for avoiding deletion ?

he never actually used his TC. He got it after the server downtime when everyone got a free TC. didnt want to use it since he's have next to nothing to do once paid.

upon losing him, i emailed glitch about it asking if it was possible to recover him. no response. eventually remade the same alt.
