possible reroll to not be civil banned bug

ive been civil banned for a lil while now and realized as soon as i paid rerolled and logged back i can now see civil chat , i was banned from civil and could not see civil chat rite before my paid reroll , the date 5/3/2014


correction: i paid rerolled and could see civil when logging back on after choosing new face and class i tried to speak in civil but it would not let me but i could see people chatting in civil as where before i could only see uncivil i turned civil off and went to turn civil on and then* it said i was banned , was wondering if this is still a bug the reason is cause if i never turned civil off i would be able to see civil still
