Default Inactive rune sign colour

Any chance of turning this to a vibrant red, or making it more obvious?
Not much of a gripe, but I don't see it being much of a problem to alter it to something less inconspicuous

A simple fade out of runes that aren't active would suffice for most players, and I support the general idea

I'm not particularly fussed what, just something more distinctive would be nice.

Yes, it is laziness on my part, but having them dimmed / a more opaque marking or just general dimness would make things much easier than having to mouseover and check each one which is what I usually do >_< :v
