Well's they don't have to be called that, I just don't have the imagination to think of names for them.

One could be called Burgle and one could be called loose change

Maybe Mug could be a skill causing your first attack to attempt to steal a Trophy, and Pay Day would be a skill causing your first attack to attempt to steal money

I'd love that. Thieves and PKs - two brands of PvPeople.

Thieves bet all they own instead of permadeath, but their first hit must be able to deal at least 10% of a target's health for those skills to work. Thieves cannot trade immediately after stealing something, they have to wait it out and wait for all the commotion to cool down before cashing the spoils. If he kills his target (doesn't escape) he becomes a PK. No matter what reason ("I only wanted to steal from him" still is murder in a court trial). Don't attack targets too weak for you.

If a thief gets caught, the hunter gets all the gold the thief had on him. If that amount was lower than the total gold the thief stole, the thief gets a "fine" (negative gold) equal to the difference. Successful thieves can trade their gold after a while. Once a thief is caught, he won't (or shouldn't) be stealing for quite a while. This prevents abuse because thieves have to raise skills to be effective thieves.

For slow effects, use the slow % but as a negative.

Just repeat for multiple effects.

DO NOT multiply by 1+slow% to get your new delay. 1*1.4 is not the same as 1/0.6 and your answer will be wrong.

It would automatically be added onto your cash at the end

It wouldn't be like pking. You wouldn't be able to choose to steal something.
Mug would simply have a possibility of stealing an extra trophy and added on at the end. Pay Day in rpg is basically stealing gold and adding it on automatically at the end. Although Payday the name can't be used because it's Meowth's signature move and mug as a name wouldn't be suitable because it's a final fantasy move but the idea is still good.

This better be a PvE only skill.
