Default Rest Time Countdown
Ok, this may be explained elsewhere, but I can't seem to find it.
I was playing my alt this evening, and during a fight I was watching her rest time go down. I thought "Wow, that's going down fast!" so I got out a digital timer and timed it. During the fight (and two other fights) I timed one full minute on the digital timer, but a total of one and a half minutes rest time disappeared from my meter, in each of the three fights.
Now, I'm not accusing anyone of stealing time away, but...could this possibly be a bug with the rest time countdown, or am I possibly not understanding how rest time is supposed to count down?

Somebody else do the stop watch test, I think Sarah's is broken.

I'm just going to go ahead and put it down to some weird fluctuation in the space/time continuum (THANK you, Star Trek) because I can't replicate it today (It's counting properly) and frankly I probably did something wrong.
We can go ahead and ignore this now. And anything else I say.
Unless I'm offering candy.
