Easy Temper Off Season
From now on players will be able to temper their items without any rating restrictions during the week in between seasons. This will allow players who have saved up tokens a chance to spend them on high tempers and have a better shot in next season's arena, but it will not get rid of the rating requirement for the vast majority of the time since it is an important rite of passage for people climbing the arena ladder.
