We are investigating what is causing the current server issues.

We have confirmed a hardware failure of some nature has occurred. We are working with the datacenter to resolve the issue. All player data is backed up on multiple drives in multiple locations so we are not concerned about loss of data, merely the amount of time which it will take to get back online. We will keep you posted.

The server is now back online. The crash was a hardware failure of some sort but the error logs do not have any information that allow us to pinpoint the problem. Anyone actively playing at the time of the crash could have experienced up to a 5 minute rollback, but other than that there was no damage to any of the Nodiatis database.
