Legendary Bow Buff
We have recalculated the comparitive DPS for legendary bows and found them to be a little lacking. Using the lowest delay epic bow with legendary arrow was providing about the same DPS as a legendary bow with legendary arrow which was not appropriate. Furthermore having a full legendary bowset was not providing quite as much increased DPS percentage as a full melee set. Appropriately we have buffed the legendary bows to meet proper specifications.
