Default Gem Changes, Rune Changes

You will no longer be able to cast gems on dead enemies. Doing so accidentally will only result in a warning message, it will not cost you the gem, energy, or mana.

Greatly lowered the energy and mana costs of Fog, Quake, and Flood.

Tier 1 Runes have been removed from stores.

Stat increasing runes have been greatly buffed.

Energetic, Manatic, and Regen runes have been greatly buffed.

A new rune has been added that increases energy, mana, and HP regen. It, of course, stacks with the other above runes.

The skill Eternity now reads: Every point in this skill increases the effect of never-ending, continual hitpoint, mana, and energy replenishing gems by an increasing amount based on your regeneration, mental resilience, and physical resilience stats respectively. With extreme regeneration, mental resilience, or physical resilience you could potentially triple or quadruple the bonus of such gems whereas before you could only gain a 40% bonus. Without any of these stats, however, you can still get the same 40% bonus so no one is adversely affected by the change.
