Blinding Arrow

Posting this in the bug section rather then the idea section.

During an arena match I was blinded but still able to revive a 2nd char who was killed using Angel CA.

When blinded I was still able to select a different char to attack.

When blinded if you know where the gems are you can still cast them and hit.

I think this should be changed to when blinded you always miss after all you have been Blinded. The only thing it really does is make the screen go black for 3s.

If you are Stunned you can't do anything.
If you are Mezed you can't do anything.
Your blinded you can still do everything if you know the layout of the fight screen.

Except hit with melee and ranged attacks. You always miss with those when blinded.
