Death Magic:

Furious Blast: Tier 3: Each point in this skill provides a 1% chance to cause an opponent who blocks your Direct Damage gem to be stunned for 2 seconds. At skill of 100, each time an opponent blocks your DD, he will be stunned for 2 seconds.

Archery:

Strong Draw: Tier 3: Each time your ranged shot is blocked, you will deal .33% of your damage anyway. At skill of 100, your blocked shots will still do 33% of their damage.

Protection:

Counter Strike: Tier 3: Each time you successfully block, you have a .2% chance per point in this skill to immediately perform a melee attack.

Desperation:

*Like vengeance, this skill works better the less HP you have in reference to your total HP.

Every point in this skill deals .5% extra damage to crits and bloodlets, so at level 100 with minimal HP left your crits and bloodlets will be 50% stronger.

would be nice to have a skill that effect max as well as minimum damage... a balancer to each type of damage.

Tiger Slayer: Each time you PvP vs. someone with Tiger in their name, you get a 49285476639% chance to deal instant death with your first attack. At skill of 100, everyone except those with "tiger" in their name is OP.

Level Required: 20

Every point in this skill allows you to deposit X amt of gold into the town bank and generate interest off it.

Each town has its own bank with different rates, maybe different perks benefits of some kind. You cannot move money between towns.

Most Casters agree that Gems are the casters weapon so my idea was that
the Epicurious skill could also effect epic gems maybe in the form of cnc or
an equefilent skill perhapes named gemicurious that would effect the accuracy
of Epic gems. Thats it and thanks for this opertonity <3

There is lot of god skills sugested, as ranger class and bow user i can only talk about that:

Doublepain: arrow has a chance to do two stacking attack in same shot, for example poisonarrow+5sec stuned (percentage i leave to glitch to do)

Arrowmagic: allows you to to do range attack and instantly cast one atacking gems from your pouch without using mana or energy points

Rangedblade: skill will allow you to do imidietly attack with slash/pierce/crush weapons after hit with ranged attack without switching on autoattack and continue attacking with bow

Every point in this skill helps resist taunts (depending on your Cnt) upto 40% at level 100.


***This skill would obviously be for PvP only... and with current skills, agravation, and high end taunts, there NEEDS to be a counter to this some how... whether it is aura w/ a % chance to be removed from play, or a skill like the one above, some counter measure to taunts should exist somewhere...

Level 20 Archery

This skill provides a 0.75% chance to cause a min damage burn, poison, and bleed over 70 seconds depending on which damage over time skills you have leveled. You will start out with a burn or poison depending on if flame shot or poison arrow is higher. you will then do both when you have a point in serpent tongue and do all three when you have a point in broadhead.

Arrow Explosion
Level 60 Archery

Every point in this skill gives a 0.1% chance of your arrow to explode causing the damage over time effects from your skills to rupture.

Skill Description: Causes the attacking pet to have a 5% chance per attack to cause, 160 poison damage over 1 minute. Percentage to hit will increase 5% every 10 levels.

Every point in this skill grants a 0.15% (0.3% for two handed melee and bows) chance to cause you pets to attack or heal depending on the type every time you attack with your weapon.

Devotion
Level 20 Beastmastery

Every point in this skill increases the chance for your pets to land an attack by 0.15% and boosts healing pets heals by 0.15%.

The healing portion of devotion will not work on heals from fire and ice but the accuracy bonus will work on healing pets that attack with fire and ice. This should bring some balance to whip pets and non whip pets since most non whip players use healers.

Poison Tip

You have a 35% chance to cause a 20 second poison equal to the min of your weapon (twice as much for 2h). As you level the skill you get a 1% per point haste bonus to the effect halving the duration to 10 seconds at level 100.

Sever

Grievous Damage (level 80 stat skill)
Every point in this skill increases damage from all critical hits, including melee, ranged, pet, and direct damage by .15%. Double effect for 2H melee crits.

Piercing Arrow (level 60 Archery skill)
Every point in this skill gives a .025% chance to negate your target's armor class when hitting them with a ranged crit. At level 100 this effect will activate on 2.5% of your crits.

explanation: damage is applied as if they had 0 AC

Exploding Arrow (level 80 archery skill)
Causes all your arrows to explode. Damage starts at 1 and increases by 1 for every level, allowing a max of 100. Exploding arrows also have a 5% chance to cause a 50 damage over 50 second burn.

Immaculate Vision (level 80 archery skill)
Every point in this skill Increases accuracy and crit chances for ranged shots by .075%.

Beheading (level 80 weaponry skill)
Every point in this skill gives a .005% chance for any critical strike with a slashing weapon to behead your enemy, killing them instantly. At level 100 this effect will activate on .5% of your crits. Double chance for 2H weapons.

Bone Breaker (level 80 weaponry skill)
Every point in this skill gives a .02% chance for any critical strike with a crushing weapon to break your opponent's bones, causing their damage and attack speed to be halved for 10 seconds. At level 100 2% of your crits will trigger this effect. Double chance for 2H weapons.

Infection (level 70 weaponry skill)
Every point in this skill gives a .1% chance for any critical stike with a piercing weapon to cause the target to become infected, losing 300 hp over 10 seconds and getting a 40% attack and gem slow slow aura. At level 100 10% of your piercing crits will trigger this effect. Double chance for 2H weapons.

Brutality (level 80 Beastmastery skill)
Every point in this skill increases damage from pet crits by .05%.

Rage (level 80 weaponry skill)
Every point in this skill increases melee damage by .05%. (.1% for 2H weapons.) This skill will not have an effect for those with strength below 400.

Lightning Strike (level 80 weaponry skill)
Every point in this skill increases your attack speed by .05%. This skill does not have an effect for those with dex under 400.

Endurance (level 40 adventuring skill)
Increases recovery rate while traveling and fighting on trails by 1%. At level 100 your recovery rate will be doubled.

Money Nose (level 60 social skill)
Every point in this skill decreases goblin tax by .01% and increases treasure chest gold by 1%.

Whiplash (lv 60 BeastMastery): Every level in this skill gives .10% chance for each double attack performed by a whip to hit an additional 3rd time. With this skill maxed, each whip will have a 10% chance when double attacking, to attack for a third time.

Darkest Patience (lv. 80 DeathMagic): Every level in this skill grants .50% for staff users or .25% for non staff users less resistance from enemy when playing a damage over time gem.

Pan Mysticism (lv 80 Psych Magic): As long as this skill is equal or greater to which ever is higher, Revitalize or Replenish, when one skill is set-off, both go off, with unlimited stacking. [DD]

Tripple Parry (lv 60 Protection): Every level in this skill grants a .40% chance when dual wielding (slash, crush, or piercing weapons excluding whips) to parry the next attack after a double attack.

Back Thrust (lv 80 Weaponry): Every level in this skill provides an additional .35% chance to double attack with two-handed weapons. This second attack is cutting back through the enemey and negates all AC and has an additional .25% per level chance for a crit. 1% per level in this skill to perform a backthrust on opening hit of battle. (This 2nd strike is still mitigated by angelic aura and potions that mitigate your damage).

Amputation (lv 80 weaponry): Every level in this skill grants a .10% chance for slashing weapons (excluding whips) to strike off an opponents limb and reduce their AC count by 1/8 for the remainder of the battle, with unlimited stacking. This skill doubles when using a 2H'ed weapon.

Impale (lv 80 weaponry): Every level in this skill provides a additional .10% chance for all piercing weapons to strike through the armor of the foe, deep into their body, negating all AC and performing a critical strike. This skill doubles when using a 2H'ed weapon.

Bruise (lv 80 weaponry): Every level in this skill grants a .10% chance for all crushing weapons (excluding staves) to bruise the enemy and reduce their damage output by 8% for the remainder of the battle, with unlimited stacking. This skill doubles when using a 2h'ed weapon.

Divine Right (lv 80 Life Magic): Every 50 levels in this skill provides users with the ability to use a ressurection gem in battle once. With this skill maxed, you can use ressurection gem, twice in a battle. Your white magic level must be at or above Divine Right level for this to work. [healers]
