Mirrored Blade question

The official description of mirrored blade:
Every point in this skill provides up to an extra 0.2% chance for non-staff two-handed weapon users (0.05% for staff users) to parry.

Question: unlike skill parry, this one does not specify the chance to parry while auto attacking. So will autoshooting with a two-handed weapon equipped also enjoy this parry chance?

Parries never happen when autoshooting.

Since the skill says "extra", I always assumed it meant that if it is not already present, you cannot add more.

But you're right, a rewording would help people understand
