DoT OOC Damage Bug

Not sure if this one has been looked at in the past, but as a DoT caster I've noticed that I've been able to kill people after I am already dead and the other person has left PvP.

For example, Daer and I dueled. He killed me. He continued taking damage after leaving combat until he was dead. Seems a little unfair that they would continue to take damage even after leaving combat. Had been a PK it probably would have been far more detrimental to him.

Also, had he been a PK and died in such a fashion, who would have got the PKK points? Would I have been able to loot despite him killing me first? Lots of things to consider here.

At any rate, an easy fix would be to have DoT damage stop when exiting combat.

Luckily I'm used to that happening so I didn't enter combat with a mob to heal. Had I done so I would have died and lost 85 minutes of rrt. As a PK, it's happened to me as well. I got killed by a bleed right after I escaped combat. Permadeath and I lost everything, no one got it.

The "cleanse" skill removes DoT effects during looting. Otherwise, the DoT effects continue until all have been applied.

I have also died to DoT affects after exiting the looting screen. It's probably fairly common.
