Default Necromancer CA Bug
After leaving arena,and instantly fighting a mob, the Necromancer CA will not heal properly if the arena regrowth is still active. The regrowth text will appear, as well as the disease on the enemy, but the heal will expire when the arena regrowth does, without going through the entire HoT.

Just to clarify, I have done this test several times, and the bug occurs every time.

it is your internet that goofs up , i never had that problem when i was a necro

well from civil chat i was told it was a discrepancy between the sever and my screen. so no bug, just the possibility for a zombie win.
